American Storage

This place is clean, good service and I never had a problem with anything. I had a motor home size storage for nearly 3 years and now have a 15 x 25. Just wish they opened earlier on weekends like they do during the week. Sat and Sun the hours are 9 to 4. Those are the best days for me but the worst times, especially during the summer with this Modesto HEAT!

Definitely dont do business with this storage facility, we been using them for years now and never any problems, but they recently just hired someone new and now all of my childrens toys have been stolen out of our unit, i vist the unit every couple of weeks nd literally the day me nd my children went to get all there toys they been waiting to play with are gone, my unit is very organized nd easy the notice wen something has been moved. If u plan on paying hem a monthly fee to store your personal belongs just know its guna get stolen here

My experience with American Storage was so amazing. You might think I'm exaggerating but I'm not. Since day one back in May of 2019 until 01/19/2020 i have gotten the best service ever..I'm talking about the kind of service that we don't see anymore. Every time I would go to my storage I would always be welcomed with a friendly smile fallow by a honest conversation and they truly show concern for me and my love ones.. is not a forcefully conversation like the ones we get at other locations that they don't even look at you in the eyes or address us properly. Their facility they always keep in order and clean. Always respecting social distancing and protocols. The staff at American Storage they always looked out for best interest of the customer. Their was many times that i hade to change my debit card because of fraud do to other locations and Shady people Their was 4 times that I forgot to call them and provide my new account number and my date would be past due they never harras me nor they charge me a late fee, they understood my situations especially when my dad passed away in October they express their compassion and suggested for me to call them when ever it was convenient for me so I can provide my most resent account information. Every time I would go to my storage I would always have my own space and privacy and I really appreciate that I sure don't like it when staff are just roaming around like if their doing their thing when in fact all they are doing is trying spotting me you know what I'm talking about we feel those eyes trying to be in all our business for the wrong reasons and even assuming the worst from me. I'm not exaggerating when I say that American Storage kept my belongings safe and secure with their awesome security system I'm really happy, satisfied and grateful for the service and experience they have given me. To top it off because I evacuated my storage sooner than the day I have requested.....they did not penalize me at the contrary im actually going to be refunded the days I didn't use the storage and I'm even getting my deposit back..who wouldn't be happy to receive some money back especially now in days..My dear neighbors be assure that if you choose American Storage you as well will have the same or even better experience than what I have hade with them. I would like to thank all personal at American Storage especially to Laura and Sandra for going the extra mile...oh wait!!!!! I almost forgot, make sure you visit their website and take advantage of their promotions and coupons they offer to new customers...I took advantage of paying for 2 months and I got 2 months free of rent
