I reserved a locker. My husband and I went to pay for the locker and we went thru all the signing up stuff on the kiosk they have there. Address, phone, email, SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, and then the camera too our picture. The screen and voice asked to pay the bill, the screen said $93 and that was with the deposit and tax. As we where putting the money in we were making sure the computer said the same amount as we were putting in. We put the $93 in and no receipt came out and almost immediately a square white box come up on the screen and said that it could not accept our money. WHAT!?! Immediately, I pushed the help button and they came right on told me that they would try and get a hold of the owner. So they tried to get a hold of the owner and of course this was later in the evening and no one would answer. But the help people on that line told me and assured me that someone would be getting a hold of me. Nobody got a hold of me I had to get ahold of them. When I did talk to her she assured me that everything was going to get squared away and then she would be calling me back. She never called me back. The month went on it was time for me to make a payment for the locker and I was not able to not only was I not able to find the locker on the kiosk but it wasn't even reserved from someone else so I had to call again long story short she accused me of stealing she accused me of trespassing even though I paid for the locker was trying to pay another month for the locker they cut the lock off my locker and put their own on my name is also on my husband's locker that he had paid for also they say that they have these cameras set up everywhere and there's cameras everywhere but not one time did they say anything about a video of me around just some gate code in and Connie and Brian completely dropped the ball and when I asked him to go count the kiosk because I know that I put $93 in that kiosk so the kiosk should have been over $93 they have refused to do it I have texted them and they refused to text me back I do not recommend this place at all

They are the kindest people I have ever met caring Christian people. I will never rent from another facility except theirs ever again.

I've never had to worry about my stuff getting stolen or anything. The owners are always on their game and always have been very respectful of my property even if I left it out on accident. It's against the rules but they wouldn't just throw everything away like the other facilities do, which does show that they care.
