A Fantastic Experience at Ample Storage Center! I recently acquired a new storage unit at Ample Storage Center located in Apex and I couldn't be more thrilled with the entire experience! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed and assisted by the incredible team of Susan and Betty; what an absolute delight they are! Susan greeted me with a friendly smile and made the whole process feel seamless and stress-free. Betty took the time to answer all my questions with patience and care. And Tony—he was very thorough when it came to picking up the truck that I had reserved. It’s rare to find such a helpful, kind, and personable team. They each went above and beyond to ensure I my needs were met. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained, but it’s the people here who truly make the difference. If you’re looking for storage with exceptional customer service, look no further. Ample Storage Center — and especially Susan, Betty, and Tony — have earned my highest recommendation! -RS

We LOVE Ample Storage (Specifically of Apex!). I needed to store all my items in my home before getting married for a few months. I had looked into a few storage unit options, but none compared to here. Not only was Ample storage the best for cleanliness, location, and space - but the service you receive here doesn't compare! 1. The have a new building that still smells new, I felt perfectly fine leaving all my items here. 2. They have SO many resources to offer from different size units, to dollies, and trucks. 3. As a female, I felt safe visiting anytime - which was big for us when looking around. But 4. (and this is my favorite) everyone is truly so kind here! The staff truly make you feel like a person and not just another unit they're trying to sell. That was just another added bonus when thinking of storing my treasured items. Would highly recommend!

Not having rented a storage unit before, we were unsure of what to expect. During our initial "scouting visit," Betty spent time explaining the process, expectations, and provided additional information for contacting a local mover. Other facilities gave me a brochure and explained I could find more detailed info online. When we returned to secure a storage unit, Antonio provided the same excellent customer service as our initial visit. The property is exceptionally clean and well-groomed, and we were fortunate enough to obtain a brand new unit in the recently completed "new building." We highly recommend Ample Storage in Apex for any storage needs you may have.
