Amy's Attic Self Storage in Temple, TX

We had been thinking about getting a small storage unit to help "de-junkify" our garage. Stopped in last week and spoke to Fran, and within 20 minutes I had rented a 10' x 10' for all our holiday decorations and assorted stuff. I asked about renting their truck, and Fran told me they would provide the truck rent-free for 2 hours...but since I was "long term" and agreed to auto-pay my monthly rental fee, she gave me 4 hours free. Today, I got the truck and loaded up all our stuff. Put it in the unit and had plenty of room. The garage looks so much better, and I don't have to worry about boxes falling on my motorcycle. Fran was so friendly and easy to work with (as was Holly, who answered my call last week and reserved the truck for me). She was quick and efficient with the paperwork, explained everything to me, and made sure I didn't have any questions when I left. The facility is so close to our neighborhood that it makes it convenient to access. The property is very attractive, and seems very secure. Looking forward to being a renter at Amy's for a long time. From the moment we first contacted them, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional, and that is entirely due to the incredible service provided by Manager Holly Crawford and her dedicated crew. ​Holly is, simply put, a lifesaver. When we were in a tight spot and desperately needed reliable storage, she truly came to the rescue. She was extremely helpful, going above and beyond to patiently walk us through the options and ensure all our specific needs were met efficiently and kindly. It's rare to find someone who combines such professionalism with genuine warmth and generosity. ​The entire facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, but it's the customer care that sets this place apart. Knowing that Holly and her crew are managing our belongings gives us complete peace of mind. ​If you are looking for storage in the Temple area, look no further. I’ve had such a great experience with Amy’s Attic Self Storage! The team here is truly fantastic with amazing customer service. Every staff member I interacted with has been friendly, helpful, greeted me with a warm smile, and went out of their way to make the process easy. The space itself is extremely clean, well-kept, and clearly very well managed. It’s refreshing to find a place that takes pride in maintaining a safe, spotless, and friendly environment. If you’re looking for reliable storage with top-notch customer service, this is absolutely the place to go. Highly recommended! Specifically, I have interacted with Holly and Fran (team members) many times both on the phone and in person and they have both been amazing and far exceeded all expectations! They would be an asset at any organization and have represented Amy’s Attic with excellence. Due to them, I would highly suggest this location to anyone that is in need. You can’t go wrong! The Marlandwood facility (Temple location) has greatly improved since Holly has taken over the management. It’s amazing how much a change in manager can enhance the environment and excellence of a business. Holly has been a real pleasure to work with. I am at the location on a bi-weekly basis and it makes a big difference. I will recommend this location (and the Belton location) to anyone in need of a storage facility. I was at the Belton location last year and loved that location as well, I decided to move to the Marlandwood location because I needed access to a ramp (similar to a loading dock) and they have one at that location.
