Anytime Storage

Anytime storage gets 10 out of five stars as far as I'm concerned. Top notch customer service, reasonable access hours, they go the extra mile to make things easy for their customers when a strange situation arises. I will recommend them to anyone that asks. Clean, pretty reasonably priced, no signs of pests, the staff is flexible which allows them to offer a higher standard of customer service than otherwise might happen. Example. I cleaned out my storage unit in Illinois and came back and rented from Anytime. Came in late in the evening after office hours to unload the truck and my son didn't remember what our exact unit number was. There were two units side by side, one locked and one open. He knew our unit was one or the other of the two so he unloaded into the one that did not have a lock on it, assuming that was the correct unit. Turns out, someone had just moved out and staff and not had a chance to clean that unit so it was left unlocked overnight. Our unit had a company lock on it just to make sure that things would be okay when we came in. He forgot that he was supposed to call so they could take the company lock off. So we ended up with my stuff in the wrong unit, right next door to the unit we had actually rented. He put our lock on it and went home. A couple of days later the company got in touch and told us that they had had to cut our lock off to verify that it was actually our stuff in there. It was so nice, because they did not ask us to move the stuff. All we had to do was sign a new set of paperwork with the correct unit number on it. They also lent us a company lock and then paid for a new lock for us, which I thought was very nice because it really was our mistake. Just one of those things! My impression is that these people are totally trustworthy and very kind. Another example. I'm mobility challenged, and we went over to get a couple of things. While we were there I needed to use the restroom and they spontaneously offered to let me use the office restroom rather than having to go up to the convenience store, climbing in and out of my son's big truck or walking, which would have caused me a lot of pain because I'm an arthritic shrimp. Anytime Storage gets my vote for world class service. Try them, you won't be disappointed.

I had a unit for over two years. I recently cleaned out my unit and stopped services. As I was cleaning out my unit, I noticed that everything in my unit was completely covered in dirt, animal droppings, and infested with bugs. From the first couple months of having my unit the gate was broken and remained broken until I moved out in February. You pay for the security of having a gated area and trust that the units are maintained and sealed and this was not the case. I paid $200 a month for my valuables to be ruined. You would be better off wrapping your stuff and leaving it in a backyard. Pictures are just a fraction of the filth and damage.

It was so easy to order a unit and pay online. I was sent all the info on my unit and info on how to enter lot. It's nice and clean. Very easy to get around and find unit.
