*Communication is the worst part* Yes, it was clean as far as debris. There was rodent poison out, and we didn’t see many roaches. The gate and code worked most of the time, sometimes you’d get an email that it was down but never really had problems with it (or was ever super necessary to get inside if it happened to be down). The price is pretty good for the size, at least for the bigger unit. BUT the communication was AWFUL. We had several problems with the billing, paying, and closing of the unit. As well as far as notices go. The price in the agreement didn’t match what we paid, and when we called, there was nothing they could do. The payments had to be the day of, couldn’t be paid prior (the bill was never put in ahead of time). And months after we had notified them that we were moving out of the unit, everything removed and all.. we received a text (no emails or prior notifications) that we were months late on our payments (after we were already moved and cleaned out). They said they just didn’t receive the notice AND still made us pay. Can’t recommend actually using this place if you don’t want to feel cheated out of your money.

Mr Simmons has been amazing. This is the second time we have rented a unit from Apex Self Storage. I have been very pleased both times!

It’s a very safe place to store your items since they have a locked gate that requires a code you make to access the property.
