I stored a brand-new RV here and experienced a burglary. I have a police report documenting the incident. While theft can happen anywhere, what concerned me most was how the situation was handled afterward. When I reached out to the manager to discuss security, I was told she was not available to meet or show camera footage. At the same time, before any discussion took place, I was told: “At this time you have an option to vacate your space or continue being a renter.” Before I had raised any contract-related issues, the message referenced the contract and stated that the facility was not responsible for theft or damage. For context, the copy of the contract I was originally provided was sent via text as a low-quality, angled photo for which I was charged $30. Portions of the document, including fine-print sections, were almost entirely illegible. I did not raise this at the time, but it was frustrating to later see the document treated as definitive while discussion was declined. Based on the tone of the communication, I did not feel a productive conversation about security concerns was possible and chose to move my RV elsewhere. Pros: – Gated access with a code – Block wall – Affordable monthly rate – Convenient location – Friendly and helpful on-site caretaker – Cameras at the entrance and exit Cons: – Limited camera coverage and quality – Dark areas of the yard (west side) – 30-ft space limit – Limited on-site management presence Prospective renters may want to carefully review the contract and consider their comfort level with the facility’s security and communication approach.

Great prices, security hasnt been a problem for me and I've asked the tenants and they haven't had a problem and seeing term there.
