I've been renting each summer for the past 3 years, I have had no problems with customer service, the lady that works there is extremely friendly and helpful! You can rent online or call and pay over the phone, I prefer calling. Facilities are always clean and safe, you get a gate code and 24 hr access. I recommend buying a lock with a key or you can buy one at their office for $12. I definitely recommend renting here!

This is not the place to do business with the first time we used there storage me and my wife were harassed by some guy that was living in one of the storage unit back in 2022. We recently had to use them again for 7 months and after we return to get or belongings we started to see more and more items missing our lock was not cut and we purchase one of there locks they have master keys to and also got a climate unit that was on the inside we really believe a staff member play a part in taking our missing items be careful and take pictures of your belongings.

Customer service has been always excellent when visiting or inquiring about their services. Always greeted with a smile and eager to help, Misty does an incredible job. Thanks for consistently providing great service, I will certainly use you all again!
