Assured Storage of North Parkway

The staff is friendly and will respond to missed calls. The issue is the rat problem! I have cleaned my unit TWICE and it seems to get worse with each cleaning. Some of my property was destroyed and I was told there was nothing they could do about it. I was told that they may put some traps out, but thats about it. I am a decorator and party planner so I need my items to be in good condition. I am moving my stuff to another facility!

Assured Storage has nice enough facilities, the place is clean and well let. My issue is with the staff. They lied to us when we closed the unit, saying we has to call them to let them know when we were out, but they didn't tell us that when we were closing the account. Then they said we weren't out by 5:30, when we were actually out by 5:15. All this to swindle us out of $99 (yes, $99 for the smallest storage unit). They won't even consider pro-rating that for the one day THEY say we were late. Don't do business with them, they are shady. I'm having to have my bank reverse the credit card charges, so they're not getting their money anyway. It's shame they are so unprofessional.
