This place is ok… unless you come in after hours trying to get BOL after loading

I came here for a pickup. I was assigned door #3, but there was not enough space to safely back into the dock. Due to the lack of proper maneuvering space, I was forced to blind-side back and drive through a dirt area behind the building just to turn my truck. This was unsafe and extremely stressful. While I was still trying to park safely, an office employee called me and spoke in a very rude, aggressive, and unprofessional manner, threatening me with a fine if I did not dock within 10 minutes. I clearly and politely explained the safety issue, but my explanation was ignored. Drivers should never be pressured or threatened while trying to maneuver under unsafe conditions. This location shows a serious lack of respect for professional drivers and safety.

Got there at 1am for a pickup since I read has overnight parking and gate was closed with security outside. Said he didn't have key to open gate and was told I had to leave. Couldn't stay in the driveway even though I wasn't bothering anyone. Had to drive around to find a place to park while they opened
