Avalon Storage - Redding Storage Facility

From the moment we first stopped by Avalon Storage in Redding, Tina and Teresa made us feel completely welcome. They were so kind, helpful, and patient... truly going above and beyond to make sure we got the perfect storage unit for our needs. Our unit is just the right size, the price is very fair, and the whole place is spotless and easy to access. You can tell they really care about keeping the facility clean, safe, and well-run. It’s not often you find great people and great service in one place, but that’s exactly what you get here. We are thrilled with our experience and highly recommend Avalon Storage!

We were so pleased with our experience at Avalon Storage in Redding, CA. The price is incredibly reasonable for the size unit we had, and the whole facility is spotless. You can tell they take great pride in keeping everything clean and well-maintained. The location is super convenient, making it easy to get in and out whenever we need to and hop on and off the freeway. A special shoutout to Tina and Teresa, who were both absolutely wonderful! They were so friendly, helpful, and accommodating from start to finish; they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find customer service this good anymore! 4 years ago our kids home burned. The few things that were saved were taken to Avalon Storage. The kids came to my home (we were on evacuation warning)and packed everything they felt it was important for us to save. Our belongings joined theirs. We had an interior unit, it was much cooler in the building and in Redding that can be important. It felt so good knowing our belongings were in a structure that was very fire safe. The surrounding areas are cleared and open. The buildings have 2 hour fire walls dividing areas from each other, and the facility has a great fire protection plan set up. Plus the office is manned ( they even have a bathroom if that is needed). The facility is fenced and gated with active cameras in what appears to be all areas. It gave us such peace of mind. Today we closed our unit, but if needed we hope to use them again. We recommend this facility whole heartedly.
