Placer Self Storage - Redding, Ca

Nathan is so very easy to communicate with and nice as heck. I've haven't been to my storage yet but just by the way I'm treated I'm positive the units are just as wonderful. 10*****'s if not more!

What an amazing lady that owns this self storage. We just had a major fire and some friends of mine lost everything except for what they had left in a storage unit at Placer self storage. They even lost the key to the storage. I contacted the owner on their behalf and she was incredibly helpful. She had the lock cut off the same day no charge and offered them a free months rent the same day the road was opened back up and we could access the unit. Gave us her personal address so we could get the new key faster. I would totally recommend this storage facility and really appreciate her help in a time of crisis. Thank you so much for amazing customer service and for having a heart. It is people like this that will make it possible for us to rebuild and to give us the strength to overcome. From the ashes we will rise and rebuild Redding strong and the surrounding areas!!!

The owner/operator, Nathan was so nice and helpful when I had an issue about a reservation. He went above and beyond to help find a solution that would work, and helped save some money, too! This is how a business should approach every customer! Thanks Nathan👌
