Butch, the General Manager, is fantastic!! He is always willing to help you with whatever your storage needs are and he's got a great attitude and personality!! He keeps everything so clean and maintained!! We do not have any issues with rudeness, rodents, insects, spiders, or break ins, which are my top 5 criteria when it comes to choosing a storage facility. If you want a clean storage in a safe environment with a storage manager who has REAL HUMAN kindness and really will put his customers first then you should choose Redding Mini Storage!! I moved my stuff into the unit about 3 years ago. I instantly liked the on site manager Butch. He's a really guy and fun to talk to. I never once was worried that security wasn't adequate. My belongings were safe and sound the entire time. I finally moved out yesterday and oddly I'm going to miss the place. If I ever need a storage unit again, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks Butch!

This is how much the reservation said, this is how much the confirmation said, this is how much he charged me -- double plus. Spoke to a woman before departure that confirmed my price (reservation #1850595217), was too exhausted from driving across states when I arrived to argue. I did not renew. The son owns Aspin mini storage next door, prob be cautious of their practices as well.
