I would never recommend them ever cause they auction off our belongings that had personal documents that we needed in tried to let people take them without consent and DIDNT let us know they put a lock on it so they did it without my family knowledge also raised the price without telling us and I’m going to file lawsuit because this was unacceptable.

Very friendly staff. Cyndi was very helpful and provided me with detailed information anout my unit. She instantly made me feel right at home. I feel comfortable with all my personal belongings being stored there. I love how the gate code says hello to you and shows your name upon entering and exiting the storage property. I added the 5th star!

I was searching for a one stop shop with storage and a moving truck that was reasonably priced. I came across Avid Storage online. Catherine made this process so easy. I liked dealing with her. She was very knowledgeable and provided me with all the options. She has excellent customer service. I will absolutely recommend and do future transactions with Avid Storage. Yay Catherine👋
