Avondale Storage

This place is a dump. I bought a locker at the auction for 750 was told I could rent it for a certain price come for a follow up on the Monday and the owner was gonna raise it over $80 because it was an auction unit this place is full of bugs, rats and nutty people. I would not suggest just for anybody. This is a poor excuse of a Self Storage.

Husband & I needed to find storage ASAP while a house we were buying was taking forever to close. I was really bothered by the mega corporate prices or lack of service. I looked around all over the West Valley & can't sing enough praises about Avondale Storage. The price here for storage couldn't have gotten us half the space at UHAUL. Better yet, Avondale Storage is truly a family owned business. The place is clean & doesn't have a creepy vibe like other storage locations I looked at.Cindy was amazing and helped us when we needed more or less storage throughout our stay. She would even pick up the call if either of us forgot our access codes. Shocking! I only recommend my good friends to Cindy since she's good people. They're the best.

Without a doubt one of the best storage facilities that I have ever been 2 and keeping my gear at. I am retired stuntman and special effects artist I have a lot of gear and I have not sold yet so I rented a spot at this facility the manager, Miss Ayallia, is extremely nice and professional woman. The only drawback to the place is that it needs to be repaved the pavement is falling apart when they put it in they kind of did it on the cheap, and concrete asphalt as opposed to using the standard Blacktop. But that is the norm today in parking lots I am not criticizing Avondale storage it is just a comment. I feel that my equipment is safe they have cameras hopefully they work. The reason I say this my last facility I had a break-in in my unit and quite a lot of my stunt gear was stolen when I went to the manager he said sorry we're not responsible for any break-ins and I showed him in the contract that there's 24 7 camera surveillance so I asked them to bring up the date and question and he said my we don't have any film for that date and I'm like you got to be f****** kidding me why do I pay this money if you tell me the cameras don't work??? NOW, let me reiterate this this incident happened in California at a storage company. This did not happen, I repeat this did not happen at Avondale storage. I love this place Avondale Storage is awesome.
