They break into these units 20 times a year! RENTER BEWARE! The owner does not care! They claim the camera works but they can't show me the video! RENTER BEWARE! TAHEY WILL CLEAN U OUT AND HE DOES NOT CARE!

Never returns a call. Never cleans up the property. Phone calls are answered by someone in another place that doesn’t even know where the storage units are. Never clears snow so we can access the storage space. We will have to hire a crew to drag items out to the street aver 100 feet to load out under a time frame. Bud, the father, never let this be a problem when he was with us. We are disappointed to say the least! We placed numerous calls and emails to no avail. I don’t like to post bad reviews either, but they won’t answer any calls and take action. Sad! Please read other reviews before making this selection!

This was the dirtiest storage unit I've ever rented. The doors don't close all the way so the wind blows a bunch of stuff in. Also, they are very very difficult to get ahold of. I moved out of my unit 3 months ago and am still getting emails saying I am past due on my rent even though I received confirmation from them saying they'd closed my account. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Don't rent a unit here, it's not worth the hassle.
