B360 Smart Storage

I previously rented with this company but chose to leave due to poor customer service at the time. Recently, I decided to give B360 Smart Storage another opportunity because of location/convenience, and I am pleased to say my experience has significantly improved - primarily because of the outstanding service their new rep, Dorian, has provided. He was extremely kind, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Dorian ensured the entire storage rental process for me was seamless and straightforward. His level of customer care was top-tier and it reflects a positive change in the company’s approach. I’m impressed with the company’s improvements so far and appreciate Dorian’s efforts to go above and beyond! Highly recommend!

Moved in this unit in August and they have mice! DO NOT PUT YOUR STUFF IN THEIR UNITS! I am very unsatisfied with my few months here. They also don’t always have someone on the unit to assist you when there is an issue. The person working is normally so far away or doesn’t answer at a proper time. I will be moving my stuff out and will unfortunately probably have to throw out some of my items.

I received great customer service from Dorian. He was very friendly and accommodating. The facility itself is great and perfect for your storage needs. Definitely recommended.
