Absolutely phenomenal service! Dylan was always very communicative, and the ability to text regarding bills and any other issues was extremely convenient. He understands how stressful the moving process can be and is super flexible. My move out date was a few days after my bill was supposed to be due for the month and without a second thought he refunded the entire month to me! The property was also always clean and never had any issues accessing my unit. I will absolutely be coming back for any of my storage needs, and would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Bay Road Self storage has the best customer service! I needed a second unit pretty quickly and Dylan delivered! I was able to do everything remotely and had my new unit the next day!
