Beamer Street Storage

I have only been here for a few months and its been good and bad. I like the price and location, but the accessibility has not been as advertised or as stated in the rental agreement, especially on the weekends! It seems there was an ownership change and they changed the locks on the wide gate but didn't tell the clients. Regardless, should not take 3 days of trying to get my travel trailer inside the gate when I have a rental agreement in good standing. They answer the phone maybe 5% of the time when I call. The main gate is too small for a truck and 30ft trailer. Must call to get them to open that wide gate but you leave a message and have no idea if the message was heard. They say they'll call you back on the recording but they hardly ever ever do. Can you guys please answer the phone more often!

Absolutely Horrible. Several of my belongings were Damaged and Stolen here, the owner even accused me of giving someone else my key and allowing another human to do all of this and refused to be held liable. All of my boxes were torn open, things scattered all over the floor and someone else's belongings were even in my storage unit!! It looked like someone else had been living there while I was away. I paid $70 a month for two months and am now out over one thousand dollars worth of personal belongings. If you are looking to find a Secure storage space in Woodland, I highly recommend any other place.

Jeffrey and his receptionist are TRULY COMPASSIONATE PEOPLE... I absolutely love them... Always clean storage facilities, very nice upgraded units... He is MORE THAN FAIR, and has a HUGE ANGELIC HEART... I LOVE YOU JEFF
