Best Little Warehouse In Texas

I had been renting two parking spaces and a 10x10 for maybe almost 4 years. I was comfortable there despite my work vans getting stuck every time there was a heavy rain and leaving ruts. That was the main reason we we are not longer there. BUT it’s not because we would get stuck, that wasn’t the problem, I pulled out my vans easily from there. The problem is the manager Gracie, whom I though I had a good professional relationship with. Two my my vans parked in the same lot. They were both facing each other and each of one had a way to back up when one employee came earlier than the other. On the last rain we had we noticed Gracie had out a rope behind one of my employees vehicle. his truck was between the other employees truck and the rope. The only way for him to get out was to remove the rope because the employee parked in front of his vehicle was not there yet. That happened two days. Gracie called me to tell me not to remove the rope and we had a way to back up, I told her “how is he supposed to come out when employee number two still hasn’t come back from work to remove his truck??”. She couldn’t understand or she didn’t care to understand. I told her the only reason we are getting stuck is because you all have not fixed the parking area, who is that our fault!?? She said, “well that’s all we got”. I told her “well then I need to go find a place where they have a parking that is well maintained”. She said that’s “that’s fine”. SO THE MAIN POINT OF THIS STORY IS THAT WE GOT BLAMED BY GRACIE FOR LEAVING TIRE RUTS WHEN IT WAS THEIR CARELESSNESS TO NEVER FIX THE PARKING AREA. She could have easily moved us to another parking area but she didn’t even bother doing it. I have uploaded pictures of the parking space that caused all of this.

I have rented many storage units throughout my years of living in apartments & I can honestly say that i have never been happier with Best Little Warehouse in Texas. Management & staff are always friendly & knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this location of you are looking for a storage unit

I love this place. I have kept my belongings safe for about 2 years now. I love the hours for the gate and I would recommend this to everyone that needs to store their stuff. Gracie is great, friendly and always helping the customers.
