Best Storage West

Would highly recommend Best Storage West to anyone looking for storage. The on site manager, Gene, is incredibly helpful and kind, finding the best unit they have for your needs and price range. Super patient and friendly- I always hope to run into him when i stop by to pick up or drop something off in my unit. Would give 10 stars on his customer service skills if i were able to.

Hands down, best storage unit I’ve ever had, and best price. Only place I’ll rent from again. It’s quiet, clean, secure, and extras as well, but you’ll have to rent to find out 🤫. What makes something the best is usually the people, or person, and this place is no exception. Gene, only staff I ever met, (Woodland), is very easy to talk to, friendly, helpful, reliable, and pretty much anything good you can say about a person and it applies. He made my trips to the facility enjoyable instead of feeling like another chore. I hope all the locations are as amazing as this one, but I’ll never find out, cause this will be my storage place forever. Gene, thank you again for going out of your way to help and catering to my every need. Hip hip hooray for Best Storage!

A really nice place to store your stuff if you need to. The staff is professional, very kind and very helpful! The prices are great too!!
