Black Branch Self Storage

I'm not the type to take the time and leave reviews but I felt that this one is necessary. This place looked great from what I could tell while being built but after visiting I found its the perfect place to get your items covered in mold (in a climate controlled unit) and to damage a brand new $9k trailer. The dips for drainage are so steep, there is no way to avoid bottoming out lower setting or longer trailers. My sister kept her family's belongings in a couple units here while building her house. All upholstered items including couch, dining chairs, recliner, etc. and also the headboard to her son's bed was covered in specs of mold. We went to get her items out of storage today and bottomed out a brand new enclosed trailer. Tried going at the dips a different route exiting and still the same result. You can tell from the scrapes all over the asphalt, my trailer is not the only victim. The trailer was sitting level for people that may think it was setting too high in the front resulting in the back scraping. I, personally, didn't take pictures of the mold. My sister did and I'm sure will leave her own review. I only took a picture of my new trailer. Though it may not seem like a big deal to some, it's big deal to me.

Nice place if you want your stuff to be mold covered in a climate controlled unit and want to bottom out your trailer or car from the big run off drains they have. I get need some water run off but when a brand new trailer gets scrapped all up or dragging the bottom of your car yea little excessive

Amazing people that runs this storage facility. My first ever renting a storage back in may i was clueless what i was doing, but the kiosk was step by step. Only thing was wrong when i went to purchase a lock it didn't dispense. So i contact the number and Regina immediately went out to my unit and sit one inside my unit before i got back with the first load. Security and cleanness was a big plus for me. The dryness inside the unit was also a big thing very waterproof. The ground was kept so well. Like how i had access 24 hours and a gate code to enter and leave the facility. I highly recommand this storage place for anyone thats moving or need a storage. Never had any major problem. And cheap for how big my storage was. It fit a awhole townhouse. 😁. Ever have doubt about a storage unit place i promise yall wont have any out this place. Thank you black branch storage for the business you provide for the community.
