Boxed Up Self-Storage

My experience with boxed up on sandhurton Rockford .it was great for the 2 years then I completely forgot about my storage it was 2 months I got behind they put late charges I was fine with that I tried paying it then they said I could not pay some had to pay all I could not get money for that I called them they said for me to come with all money or it was to be action I speaked to general manger he let me have one week to pay it on Wednesday before 7 pm I had the money on card but the price was different I called and they didn't call me back they auction off my storage and hurt my family heart..I called the person up and she said she was doing her job.if that the way u handle people things what kind of heart do you have owener if u can please email me I really think they were wrong on your half .u could of gotten ur payment and had rent for another year ..

We used BoxedUp Self Storage to facilitate our downsizing and moving. Facilities were clean, well lit and safe. Juan was very helpful with questions. The 173 facility was a great location as well!

Initially satisfied with the unit. Eventually after having the unit for several years even becoming friendly with the manager and more then happy with the communication and support of the team. I changed my phone number and had moved a few times. I contacted them with my updated information over phone initially and eventually over email. Life got the better of me and my wife left me. I forgot to make a payment then they went radio silent after a few months of having updates them and never getting a message back, I kept reaching out when they finally got back to me they refused to talk about the issue. Whenever I tried to access my account on the app my account could never be set up so I couldn't pay online. Do not use this company if you want a company with good communication as they seem to have overworked the management and under trained others.
