Brooks Storage

The secretary, Darlene, seems like a b&!$h. She does not have stellar personable skills to work as the first person someone encounters when contacting the company, but I would bet it is a family member of the owner so she won't be replaced with a better customer service skilled person. There is a more polite way to interject the query of, "who am I speaking with?" Mid conversation, obe ecame of what that might begin with is, "can i ask who I'm speaking with?" Additionally, saying "I don't understand what you're talking about" for a concern that can be easily resolved should be somewhere in the arena of, "let me pass you onto someone who can address your concerns/please hold on because I'm unsure what this pertains to and so and so could help you better." These comments and suggestions on improvements will hopefully be taken into consideration and possibly even applied, but I won't hold my breath. The woman was equally off putting in another short conversation had. It was a city hire for a contractor when job was done, I definitely wouldn't hire someone with a first go to person as a residential job. The person I was directed to was personable fortunately. Perhaps the virago at the front desk could pick up some skills from him. Thankful they're not a company I have to deal with regularly.

Amy is always willing to help , lot is kept clean and safe. I used them for over 2 years with no problems and nothing but amazing service.

Have been renting a couple of storage buildings from Brooks for many years. Very friendly people.
