Great customer service from the Janet. Janet was very helpful, professional, and made the process quick and easy. Janet explained the policies clearly and helped me find the right unit for my needs. The facility was clean and well-maintained. I appreciate the great service.

We were able to get a similar size storage from our previous extra storage space for $20 less. Would have loved to stay where we were but they were unable to be competitive with pricing. However, that is not even the best part of our move. Janet was very clear, helpful and caring. She helped to make the transition from our previous experience at extra space storage smooth and restored my belief in this company.

The manager was very helpful, nice and patient with all our needs and questions. Would recommend service here for anyone.
