Very friendly and professional staff. Rosie was great! She gave me a tour of the unit and explained everything very clearly. She definitely deserves a christmas bonus. The facility is state of the art and very clean. I was renting a unit from u haul before , but these ones are more affordable and they're actually larger , too. Don't waste your money at U-Haul. These are the best storage units in brownsville. They also store vehicles at a very reasonable price too.
