Beware! This company was hired by my mother to move her less than 5 miles away from her current location in September. While the movers themselves were polite. The damage caused to her furniture was not worth the price. They managed to badly scratch her bed which was in perfect new condition and break the bottom feet of her washer. She made several attempts to resolve this with Dearman. The moving company wouldn’t take any responsibility and have pushed her over to an insurance claim where they won’t answer or return phone calls. The email from the insurance company says they don’t recognize Dearman Moving. I would never recommend this moving company to anyone!

I used this company for a local move (less than 15 miles). The “professional” movers broke my dresser of only 3 years, scratched and damaged my table from Amish country, scratched my TV stand and a night stand- then I told the mover not to bring my grill from the garage through the kitchen to just take it around to the back and he’s like it’s ok I got it- proceeded to hit the grill on my top step- dropping grill pieces all over my new place/floor. I’ve been fighting with their insurance company and was told unfortunately the cost/value/repair is irrelevant, maybe to them , but any customer values their belongings. So would they want to use a broken dresser or have a damaged table on display. Stay far away from this company 😡😡

We are so grateful to Dearman Moving and Storage. They were kind, thoughtful, and all very hard working We would definitely hire them again. They sent the right number of men to do the job and all of them were outstanding young men. We highly recommend them. We are very pleased with the outcome of a very difficult job. Thank you all!
