I didn't know they would delete my previous review. My experience here was great. Well, until recently when Jezelle didn’t seem to care about the great service we received over the past 10 years of loyalty. Let me just say we run a business and were sold on the idea of having access anytime. And loved the safety of our equipment on-site withsecurityand surveillance. Just recently that service was discontinued with no notice. We did our best to have it resolved and found no resolution. Unfortunately we were left with no choice. We moved on.

Michelle provided excellent customer service from start to finish. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The process was smooth and stress-free thanks to her professionalism. She truly went above and beyond, and I appreciate her help.

Good place to store my old RV. Good location and EXCELLENT customer service. Kudos to Michelle for making me feel welcome in my new hometown of Hanford! Secure and rodent-free.
