C & C Storage

I appreciate C&C Storage! I rented long term and our communication with each other was easy and precise as well as kind. The security at C&C Storage is top notch. Thank you for keeping my possessions safe and helping me stay relaxed during this process.

My RV was parked a long distance from our home and C&C Storage is much closer, so my wife entered long waiting list and we were finally contacted with an opening. They requested pictures and registration for our Camper via text, which met with approval. When I showed up to secure the rental spot for our RV it was at the end of November and I wasn’t sure if I had to give notice to leave the former rental spot, so I asked if I could begin rent as of the end of whatever length the notice was. Jennifer said no, and I agreed. So I asked if I could begin rent at the first of December, not knowing I would have to pay the previous spot for the short notice, but agreeing nonetheless. Jennifer said no, to which I agreed, but due to my questions Jennifer said she didn’t like my questions and that she was denying my application. I asked her why, and she said I was being negative and that we weren’t a good match. I told her I agreed to pay for the spot beginning today and that my questions were simply to understand the information or policies of moving from one storage space to another. Jennifer said to take my application or she would shred it, and that I should leave. I said I live very close by and that my questions were simply for information since I was unfamiliar with required storage notices. I asked her to “please reconsider, I’ll pay starting today” and she rudely asked me to leave. I asked to speak to the owner and she said the owner will not contact me. If I could I would warn everyone to stay away from this business, based on this horrible treatment. the manager

We are purchasing a 19’ RV and have been looking for a place to store it. We checked out C & C, and while they are full as most places seem to be, we will check back. It was clean, and the employee (Jennifer, I think is her name) was friendly and polite.
