Mika was very helpful after I'd tried 4 times to create a new account. My only complaint was it wasn't clear I would be automatically charged for a lock and insurance. That was a shock when I received my receipt.

Steve was a great help. He was helpful and personable. He was a genuinely fun person to deal with. Moving things into storage can be stressful, but Steve's friendly attitude and efficiency made it easier.

Steve was very helpful and accommodating with my daughter moving in and out of her storage. When she needed a hand he was right there to help. I would highly recommend this storage company and Steve.
