Cannon Secure Storage

I am new to the Jackson MS area and I needed a place fast and easy to place my things until further notice & It was so easy to get the storage I needed with Cannon Storage. I did have the option to get renters insurance on their website or to obtain my own and I really liked that option. I really don’t like the fact that I have to get out of my vehicle to open the gate and then to lock it back because I’m a single female and I don’t always feel safe coming and going but hopefully the gate can be automated again soon. Other than that, I feel as though my things that are in storage there are safe. And the staff is very helpful. The paying process is pretty simple and easy. So my overall experience was and has been great! I recommend this place to anyone.

There's no one reaching out to me how to 1) find the storage unit I inherited and 2) how to get in to it, and apparently there's no actual people at the facility. I do not recommend this place terrible service.

I love everything about my storage unit. The experience that I've had with them has been top tier.
