Long time renter. The good: Competitive price and well maintained facility and units. On-site manager a big plus. The bad: If you have an issue that the on-site manager cannot resolve, good luck reaching anyone higher up to help. Phone calls and emails go unanswered even after repeated attempts.

I have been renting a parking space for my camper trailer for about 3 years. No major issues and every issue I brought to the offices attention they were polite and helpful. I am happy they have recently changed management at this site.
