Apparently they don’t apply salt to the lot? Because every unit that faces East (units that don’t get direct sunlight) has at least 2 inches of solid ice holding the doors shut and my unit in particular has standing water and now ice in it. Even worse is that the owner also owns college lawn which DOES SNOW REMOVAL.

Well maintained facility with very friendly staff and wonderfully accommodating owner. The locked gated entry has a key pad which is much appreciated and it was one of the top three easiest renting experiences of my life (and I have done a lot of space rentals country wide). I highly recommend

Really convenient and awesome employee bob although the sound of banjos becomes very prominent in the lower half
