I’ve been storing here for years and I can honestly say they’ve been amazing. The customer service is always excellent and consistent. Kimberly and China are especially wonderful…friendly, helpful, and truly great at what they do. They make the whole experience easy and stress free. I really appreciate their professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend City Storage Pro on Adeline Street enough. The facility is consistently clean and exceptionally well-kept, which provides great peace of mind. What truly sets them apart, however, is the management. They are incredibly professional, respectful, and genuinely considerate of their tenants' needs. It’s rare to find this level of care in a storage facility!
