I've moving truck rentals multiple times over the years and the service has been outstanding. We also have stored our car and leased storage spaces over the years during our transition and both Tanya and Alyssa had the best customer service. They were both professional and very knowledgeable of the property which helped us find the best options for our needs. The indoor storage was clean and well maintained. We will continue renting the space here. The customer service at Menifee location was worth it all which is why we still rent there.

I was quickly Greeted by Alissa with a smile. She took me on a tour, answered all my annoying questions and was very patient and helpful. Great monthly rental rate and I wasn’t allowed to leave till understood how to access my unit all when I needed it. Ty ty

Tanya helped us out. She was very professional and made us feel very comfortable and that our storage would be secure. I don’t normally give anybody 5 stars (don’t look at my history) even though they did not offer fresh coffee, Tanya made up for it. Thank you Tanya. -David deBroekert
