Save yourself, and don’t use this place. Not only did our unit become infested with rats, which decided to nest in my clothes, but it also leaked in both the front and the back of the unit. This combined damage is over $7,000 and counting. All our stuff is either COVERED in rat poop, wet or torn apart. We used the recommended insurance, which we now find out only covers $500 in rodent damage. When I went to the owner Karen, to ask for a partial refund for poor service on our 18-month stay (which cost us over $6000), she was highly defensive and refused. I have since reported them to the DCA and plan to file a suit in small claims court.

We have had 3 units at Community Mini Storage for our corporate storage for over 15 years. Karen and Andrew are the best. The facility is well kept and continually updated. Storage is easily accessible. They are both so helpful with deliveries and any other questions or assistance we need. I would recommend them without hesitation with 5 big stars!

I've had both business and personal storage units at Community Mini Storage for over 20 years. Karen and Andrew extend themselves to be accommodating, friendly, and helpful whenever needed, which is not often. The storage units are well maintained, convenient and well-located. Recommended.
