Facility was clean, well lit and had easy access. The staff, especially the manager, Gwen, were so helpful and accommodating. We will definitely recommend this facility to everyone who is looking for a good experience with a storage unit. Thanks.

AVOID. This place has been a nightmare ever since I moved my belongings in. Extreme lack of communication at this facility. I am still waiting to hear back on why I have had over $50 in random charges on top of my already expensive monthly rate. Instead anytime the bill is late they charge fees without properly communicating and when you ask for clarification they don’t respond until money is due. Every business should be transparent on how they handle their customers money and time and this place does not. STAY AWAY unless you want price hikes with no explanation and a lack of transparency from start to finish. I’m sure this will get a response by them of “we are sorry please let us know how we can help” and that is just corporate cover up for the lack of transparency and communication here. I will never choose a cube smart again when choosing a storage facility solely because of this establishment.
