She was nice and helpful even know I was late and got the matter taken care of and my payment drafted. On Xmas eve . Thank you for your help and support on the matter. Update: I spoke with Toni, who reached out to me to assist with my move out. She also refunded the $9.99 fee. She was patient and apologetic regarding my situation. I have been unable to access my unit. I called to report the issue on September 29th and was informed that it was likely due to a battery problem. I was later told the battery had been replaced on Oct 6th; however, I attempted to access the unit again on October 10th and was still unable to do so. I have submitted another service request on October 23rd and October 24th and asked that someone meet me at the facility this time. I would like to complete the move-out process and need to take a photo of the empty unit to confirm closure. Until then I am stuck paying each month until they resolve this. Also note that paying your bill through the payment links sent via email incurs a $9.99 fee, which is not disclosed in the email or on the payment page. To avoid this fee, be sure to log in to your account directly to make payments. Unfortunately, they declined to refund the $9.99 charge.
