Came in to clean out storage unit was greeted by Molly, very polite, courteous, answered all my questions. Storage facility is really nice, indoor. Easy to get in I recommend this storage facility if anyone is in need. Thank you Molly for all your help!

It’s currently 9am and there’s no one to be seen in their office at the 720 1st St. location in Albuquerque, NM. It would be nice if they could possibly open at the stated time that displays on their Google business profile. When dealing with peoples personal property and livelihoods it’s always best to possibly practice being honest and doing what you say or is stated you will do.

It’s important to me that my stuff is stored safe and that the process is easy as possible. I wanted to specifically point out Stormy as doing such a great job in making me feel comfortable and part of family. Thanks for doing a great job. Keep up the great work!
