Was discriminated the very first day by both a cruel customer and a stupid employee for sanitizing my container. Was 15 minutes to closing , wanted to get familiar with all emergency exits in case of emergency, and to be ready for my first delivery the next day. One cargo elevator was out of service, the other was in operation and they call the police on me? Honestly, I wasn't supposed to be allowed to cautious to my surroundings/ neighbors like lockers? Seriously, I'm sorry but when we needs a refund.. good thing the stupid law didn't have a word this local.. honest family Man!

While it took a minute to connect with customer service, once I did Carlos was awesome he didn't try to play games and back peddle he all a few nessacery questions had me forward a message so he could verify the details and from there I didn't have to do anything except for in and make the payment so it's a good deal my only complaint is that actress is limitless to 7 pm 10 pm 4 or 12 pm/am would be more reasonable in this day and age but it is what it is and the only other thing I'll say it's my deal started as 40% off then they preferred an additional 15% of discount so I'm your head your like that's 55% of the regularprice awesome well got the brakes it really does like this reg 116.39 or something like that less 40% works out to 69.67, they round to 70.00 now they give you the quote additional 15% off (55%) not exactly the other 15% covers or if the 70 so you're monthly bill isn't 52.50 like it should be it's more like 59.20 they save 7.50-ish so interested of 55% your only get 49% of the regular rate when it's all said and done. That's still good but just be aware that your not getting 55% of is roughly 49% Wich is still good and better then 40% by a long shot but be advised is in reality a bit less then that.....a good deal no matter how you look at it. But I'm anal when it comes to feed straight up about things this is hinky in my book.... The prices going up every so often, no cameras inside the buildings, letting homeless store in there, which i heard recently someone's unit was broken into. It scares me, though I have insurance, getting paid off for your things (emotional things) you store get stolen, those are irreplaceable. I wish they had cameras inside buildings.😒 I like it here because staff is nice, and super close to work. Though sometimes inside the storage units in the hallway, it's smells like urine and trash is left everywhere. But I will stay here, hopefully things get better.
