CubeSmart Self Storage

I came in and talked to Stephanie she answered all my questions and was very polite. For the tour she answered questions about how the climate control works for all my tools and work gear. Everything was clean and orderly. Overall I had a very good experience here and highly recommend if anyone is in need of a storage spot this is it.

Great experience with this storage facility. Stephanie was incredibly helpful from the start, giving us a tour, explaining the different unit sizes and pricing, and getting us signed up quickly. She was friendly, professional and walked us through everything including the mobile app and gate access. About a week later, they called to let us know about a possible water issue near our unit from the melting snow above. We really appreciated how proactive they were. Luckily our belongings were fine, and Stephanie was again very helpful and reassuring. Clean, secure, well located, and staffed by truly friendly people. Highly recommend!

Moving from NC and realized we had more things than space, was able to get a storage locker within the hour. Easy set-up and payment, even had a discount to really seal the deal. Easy to access, no BS, straight forward. thanks.
