CubeSmart Self Storage

The space was absolutely the perfect size super clean and most importantly i was welcomed with a welcome bag which included the storage lock definitely a different approach than other storage units i used.. Wish i knew about them before they’re super reasonable and the staff is friendly and follow up promptly. I had the pleasure of speaking with Jennifer who was really perky and friendly over the phone she reached out to ensure I was settled in and if i had any concerns or issues. That extra step she took really put the icing on the cake, typically you sign the contract and that’s it lol but Cubesmart definitely set a different expectation and will definitely utilize them again.

Went in as a first time customer to get some information on renting a storage unit. Immediately I was greeted nicely by Jen & Shy. They showed me and my Husband different units and gave us helpful information on both units to help fit our needs. The prices were great, affordable and the location is very clean. We are now new renters at this facility and could not be any happier with this location.

So far so good. I love the convenience of the location. Storage facility size 10x10 is just what I needed. It’s clean, quite, pleasant music and Jennifer in customer service was very nice and helpful. I will use again in the future. 💙💙💙
