I couldn't be happier with my experience at the Dearborn Store Space Self Storage! The entire facility is run with a level of professionalism and efficiency that truly sets it apart. This is all thanks to the fantastic Store Manager, Trina. Trina's management is clearly top-notch. The store is consistently clean, secure, and well-organized, making the entire process of renting and accessing my unit seamless. Trina herself is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always goes the extra mile to ensure every customer is taken care of. If you are looking for a reliable and professionally managed storage solution in the Dearborn area, look no further. Highly recommend this location, and a huge shout-out to Trina for her excellent leadership!

The person that was working on 2/13/2026 was very helpful and her name was April. She made sure to explain to me about the process to have my unit cleared out and she helped me with my code that I heard wrong. She was very good and deserves props for being good.

I will be honest and say I do pay my storage late every month so I expect a late fee but other than that the base price increases whenever they feel inclined. It has raised drastically since I signed the lease. When I inquired about the inflation,it was attributed it to then”market” which corporate controls. BS. I tried calling a corporate office with no success. But no worries my stuff will be out of there in the spring. The staff has NEVER been rude to me, it is just the business’s overall scamming practices. BEWARE- do NOT fall for the 29.99 move in special or any other intro special. That is just to get your foot in the door to price gauge.
