The manager lady... I want to say her name is Lori. Super nice lady. Super friendly. Super helpful! She also made sure to show me the weird tricks to my unit. Also said she does daily walk through to make sure all units are actually shut.... Yall should double her pay

From the moment we walked in inquiring about storage Laurie greeted us with a smile and was very informative. Showed us a unit and was very quick to get us in what we needed and out the door! Very warm and friendly. The storage building was very well kept and didn't see any riff raff. Impressive! Thanks again Laurie!

Lori was great and extremely helpful. She made the process of getting a unit easy and seamless. The unit was already cleaned out before I arrived, and despite the cold weather, she made sure everything was taken care of. Huge kudos to Lori for the excellent service.
