Park Avenue Self Storage

Best experience I have ever had with self storage! The owner is amazing! In the past my experience with storage units has been horrendous. They never respond to phone calls, never fix broken gates and doors, and the list goes on. I’m sure many can relate to the same problems. Never return voicemails and good luck trying to reach a live person ever… Park Avenue Storage is the complete opposite. I called the other day and it went to voicemail. The owner called me back less than 5 minutes later to see why I needed help with. What a breath of fresh air in the storage world. Thank you so much!!! Would drive extra miles to store here and get treated so well!!! Highly recommend Park Avenue Self Storage!!

I inherited special items from my parents, which I needed to place in storage. I searched for clean, well-maintained, temperature controlled storage units in the Des Moines metro area and was very happy to find Rich Leonard and Park Avenue Self Storage. The security and cleanliness of his units are second to none. The owner, Rich, is friendly and easy to work with. I give this 5-star facility my highest recommendation for taking good care of precious family items.

I would recommend Park Ave Storage to anyone looking. Units are well maintained, easy to access but with a high level of security. I felt very comfortable storing stuff here.
