So happy we found this space. So much better than our old storage. Someone is actually at the office, cameras everywhere, discounts when you reserve online. Eddie was very nice and helpful.

Beware of predatory price increases. I moved into a 10x15 unit on 8/10/24 paying $99.50 a month. Less than four months later the rent was increased 23% to $123.04. Now, my rent is $149.79 after going up on 10/01/25. My rent was 150% of the original price within 14 months!

Very kind customer service at the office in West Des Moines. Big and very nice units. I didn't have any problems and they are always there to give help with any questions or problems. Thank you Storage Mart for a great experience.
