The young man at the counter was very accommodating, and friendly. He showed me where my unit was and showed me where the closest entrance to it was! He made the whole transaction very easy. My only complaint is, when I went to move stuff into my unit, the closest entrance was not working. And us still not working. So the entrance I have to use is 5X’s the steps and has made loading my unit very difficult.

Reliable and near to my house as i prepare for a move. Helpful front desk staff. One suggestion, you need more than 3 moving carts at each entrance door. Suggest that you double the carts available at each door.

I appreciate Angel and his good customer service skills. I’m satisfied with my storage unit. He explained detail to me so I could be aware of how to come in the building what and what not to do. Ty angel
