Lourdes was wonderful during a very stressful time of moving she helped us to pick the right size space at a really great discounted price and we are very happy with the facility and the service

Place is clean and well kept. Met a couple of the staff and they were friendly. Couple things I don’t like is I got a rent increase of about 27% after only being there for 5 months. It’s in the contract yes but after 5 months seems wild. Picked this company because of the deal they were having just for it to basically be taken away 5 months later. And parking sucks. There’s 3 spots for the customers and it’s either always taken, blocked by all the trucks, or someone inconsiderate taking up 2 spots unloading. So good luck with that.

Michael was very friendly, listened and understood what we were looking for, clearly explaining the differences in sizes and pricing, was very courteous. The other lady agent in the store was very helpful in showing us what we needed for the materials needed for the move. Both agents were polite and respectful to their customers.
