Great customer service! Bridgett was really helpful. Only problem was that price goes up and then I won’t be able to keep my unit when it does. I’m retired and on a really tight budget and had to cut out some of my television service to make budget work. When price goes up I’ll have to leave. That makes it very hard. But Bridgette was super friendly.

Brigitte is absolutely outstanding! She’s professional, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. She’s always available to answer questions, keeps the facility spotless and secure, and genuinely cares about her customers. It’s rare to find someone so organized and attentive—she makes storing here completely stress-free. Highly recommend!

Mr Richard who was filling in for today at this location gave me excellent customer service in guiding me for my storage needs. Very thankful!
