I recently had to transition between storage units at CubeSmart, and Luis made the entire process incredibly smooth. From start to finish, he was friendly, professional, and went out of his way to make sure everything went seamlessly. He took the time to explain my options, helped coordinate the move efficiently, and made sure I had exactly what I needed before leaving. What really impressed me was how accommodating and patient he was throughout the process. Moving between units can be stressful, but Luis’s calm and helpful approach made it so much easier. Luis was an exceptional and knowledgeable manager. He offered to put me near the door and on the first floor to make my move easier. He also explained the various charges to me in laymen’s terms as I was unsure what some of them were. Im happy with the ease of rental as well. I ordered the unit online, showed up the next day and everything was there waiting for me. So easy and no hassle at all. Plus this place was the least expensive in town.
